[IMPORTANT] Regarding the Payment of May Affiliate Rewards

Thank you very much for your continued participation in the AI AVATAR Affiliate Program.

Important Notice

As previously announced, affiliate commissions are paid on a month-end closing basis, with payment made on the 10th of the second following month.

For commissions earned in May, preparations for the transition to payments via Buzzencer have not yet been completed. Therefore, as with the April commissions, payment will be made by bank transfer directly from our company.

We sincerely apologize for the repeated changes to our previous communications and for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment Schedule

Payments will be processed in three batches according to the date on which your bank account information is registered:

・First batch：Bank account registered by Wednesday, July 8 → Payment will be made on Friday, July 10.

・Second batch：Bank account registered by Monday, July 13 → Payment will be made on Wednesday, July 15.

・Third batch：Bank account registered by Monday, July 20 → Payment will be made on Wednesday, July 22.

Eligibility for Payment

This payment applies to affiliates whose combined total of the following amounts is JPY 10,000 or more:

1. Unpaid and carried-forward commissions from March

2. Unpaid and carried-forward commissions from April

3. Commissions earned in May

Where the combined total is less than JPY 10,000, the amount will continue to be carried forward to the following month(s).

Please note that the May commission amount includes campaign rewards earned during both April and May.

Bank Account Information

・Affiliates who have already received payments for March and April, and whose bank account information has been confirmed by us, do not need to register their account details again. Payment will be transferred to the account previously registered.

・All other eligible affiliates are required to register their bank account information for payment.

Eligible recipients will receive a separate email containing a registration form. Please complete your registration by the applicable deadline above.
　

Please note that a withdrawal fee of JPY 770 will be deducted from the commission amount.

A detailed payment statement will be provided separately after the transfer has been completed.
